The whole process, step by step
Here's the whole process, from first contact to working together week after week – so you know exactly what to expect.
From first contact to a regular agreement
Four simple steps – with no surprises along the way.
Contact
Once you've filled in the quote form, we'll contact you quickly – usually within 24 hours – to arrange a time for the home visit. No need to call or spend time going back and forth: it all starts simply on the website, so it's clear, convenient and quick from the very first step.
Home visit
Because every home is different, the best way to understand your needs is to see them for ourselves. We go through the details of the cleaning plan and any extras – free and with no obligation. It's also an important step because our quote isn't an estimate that can change later: since we've seen your home beforehand, the price you get is the final price. It doesn't change after the first clean, and there are no surprises on the invoice.
Quote
Shortly after the visit, we send you the final quote with every detail – from the cleaning plan to the products we use. Looking through the quote commits you to nothing: take your time and decide calmly whether it suits your needs before you sign anything.
Agreement
If you're happy with the quote, we make a simple agreement that sets out the payment terms, how often we clean and the exact start date. That way every important detail is in writing, and the arrangement is clear and transparent for both of us.
Transport and payment
The practical side of every visit – completely transparent.
Getting to you
Transport is free – you only pay for the time we actually spend cleaning.

We always arrive in our own car with our logo – at the time set in your cleaning plan. The journey there and back isn't added to the hours we invoice – that's on us.
Because we only work within our area, distance has no effect on the price. It also means we schedule visits to customers who live close to each other back to back – so we can keep to the agreed times as precisely as possible.
Invoicing
One invoice for the cleaning work only – so the whole amount qualifies for servicefradrag.

We send the invoice [monthly / in step with your cleaning frequency] for the cleaning done in that period. There are no separate items for materials, travel or other fees – read more about the deduction on the page Servicefradrag.
The invoice is sent [by email / the way you've chosen] no later than [X] days after the end of the period. We keep all invoices and are happy to send them again if you need them – e.g. for your tax return.
Payment
You pay afterwards by bank transfer or card – never in advance.

You pay via the link on the invoice within [8] days of receiving it. We store no card details and take no automatic payments – each time, you're only invoiced for the work actually done.
If a payment is late, [to come: reminders, any late-payment interest or other terms, if there are any].
“Clear communication, agreements we keep and a thorough result – that's what we stand for.”
So you can relax all the way
Insurance
We have full public liability insurance covering any damage we accidentally cause while cleaning – e.g. a broken item or a damaged surface. If there's an accident, just let us know within 24 hours and we'll find a solution together.

What the insurance doesn't cover: damage or wear that was already there before the cleaning, and damage not caused by the cleaning itself. [Any further exclusions from the policy – e.g. especially valuable or fragile items we weren't told about in advance.]
[Excess, if any: e.g. “The insurance excess is DKK X, paid by us / paid by the customer” – to be filled in from the actual policy.]
When you report damage, please include a photo. We'll then contact you and agree on the next steps – whether that's a repair, a replacement or compensation.
Available
As a small family business, we clean at most 3 homes a day, so every home gets the time and attention it deserves. That means free slots can be limited – especially on popular days – so it's a good idea to ask in good time.

It's a deliberate choice: that's what we can realistically manage without rushing. So we recommend asking for a quote as soon as you've decided – that gives you the best chance of getting the time that suits you.
If our calendar is full, you can join the waiting list via Get a quote – and we'll contact you personally as soon as a place opens up. We can't promise a specific date, but we won't forget you.
Communication
You can reach us by email and by phone, and we reply as quickly as we can. Because we can't always answer the phone in the middle of a cleaning, we recommend email – but do call if it's urgent.

Written communication is also easier for both of us to follow up on – for new and existing customers alike. If you call and we don't pick up, it can sometimes take a little while before we can call you back.
Ending the agreement
There's no lock-in period: you can end your regular cleaning at any time – without giving a reason and without a fee. We confirm it in writing and make sure keys are returned and our cleaning equipment collected.

Just let us know by email or phone.
Our cleaning products and tools are kept in your home. When we stop working together, we agree on a time to come by and collect everything that's left – so you don't have to think about it.
If you've given us a key or a key-box code, we return the key or delete the code at or after the last cleaning. You get the confirmation in writing, so it's clear when our arrangement ends.
